I was wonderingif i might be able to use one of the 5 rooms in the basement of the Guild hall i noticed the one to the immediate (right or left i cant remember) was empty and i was wondering if i could put all my storage stuff in there. If i cant because i not a full member yet thats fine it can wait thank you so much

That would fall under General Callandryn. I know 2 of the spaces down their are for the Senior officers as well as one for General Callandryn. One is waiting for someone to get named for that position eather myself or Capt. Aja, the other one goes to Col. Kodoss. Keep in mind this floor plan Idea may have changed since the General cant own a house since he owns the PA and it takes up 9 slots and the other slot is that factory close to your house.
