With all the move chatter going on, I thought I'd waste my 12 hour shift at work going around and finding citys. First off, Dantooine stinks for me. I'm not a fighter, don't plan on being a fighter, and may only eventually take up combat much latter in the game to open up my FSCS.
Now, besides that, as has been stated before, The Dant market is non-existent, which doesn't encourage me to A) go there, or B) waste a plot on a house there.
So, the following list was made by only listing citys that are: 1. Empire or Neutral (I can stand not selling to rebel non-human scum, but Neutrals make up a massive amount of my buisness) 2. Have listed themselves on the official board (they must have at least a minor presence on our server board) 3. Not L33T nuff said 4. Must have shuttleport 5. Some semi logical city plan.
I will be weeding this list down further the more I am able to communicate with the folks of a city and look at thier set-up.
And of course, I speak for myself only, not any position of power (he says over his private rank ensignia)

good city reviews. it would be nice if there was an ingame interface of sorts that would allow us to see city statistics such as this at a glance.
the income tax is new to me... how often must it be paid do you think?

The citizen tax is weekly I believe. The property tax is taken out every cycle
(ie my personal harvesters are 30 maint, with 10% property tax it's 33)
And this information is on the Starsider official forum. Someone has to put it up there, but at least it's a start.
