All Guild monies and items MUST go through Lt Thorsen, LtCol Shayla, Col Kodoss, and/or General Callandryn ... this means depositing or withdrawing.
All deposits and withdrawals are to be annotated as soon as can be done from the time of the transaction.
Guild monies go for guild items. Guild items go to individuals and are considered 'guild property' ... but I think we all know how that works, they never get returned. But at least we can try.
