Well, Qualitynet came in and tested my lines. They found that the lines in my apartment are 'substandard'. (Interesting how they worked just fine until just over a week ago, huh?)

Anyway, they said they will be fixing them within two weeks. (Originally they said a month until I went a little nutty.) So, it could be up to two weeks before I'm back ... bleh. I may try to sneak on as I can but I cannot guarantee any stability.

Also, I have been revamping the webpage. I'm hoping to get the sample up ASAP for the officers to critique before it goes final, but every time I try I get foiled during the FTP process.

You dont happen to have this msblast trojan to you?
It appeared on my computer 2 days ago but there s a patch to fix it.
When this happens , a warning from the RPC Remotesomething pops up on your computer and forces your computer to reboot.
Just asking because the symptoms you describe were the same that happened to me.

Oh yeah, I have that, too. But thanks to my roommate and his Black Ice software, the Blaster Worm didn't cause too much trouble.

Aye, I have your sig. I'll shoot that up to my webspace ASAP. Sorry for not replying, that was pretty thoughtless of me ... lots o' things going on here with internet, work and personal life.

Never fear though, I'll be back as soon as Qualitynet gets off their bum and fixes my line. (My roommate and I actually take BETS on how long the internet connection will stay up when one of us connects. He's up by $10 right now ... grrrr.)
