Stock up on fireworks! On July 4th, the citizens of the galaxy will celebrate Unification Day, an ancient holiday marking the end of the Unification Wars. Every hour on the hour we encourage you to gather at the local Shuttle Port and light off fireworks with fellow players!
About Unification Day Unification Day is the unofficial celebration of the end of the Unification Wars, a large-scale conflict that swept through the Koros System over 5,000 years ago. The Unification Wars began when Empress Teta attempted to unify the seven worlds of the Koros System under her rule. She eventually succeeded, creating one of the galaxy's cornerstone civilizations. However, the Unification Wars were long and bloody, especially on the planet Kirrek. To remember those slain in the conflict, commemorate the welcome end to the war, and recognize Empress Teta's contribution to the Old Republic, the galaxy has long celebrated Unification Day, which is held on the anniversary of Empress Teta's official declaration of victory. A common phrase used on Unification Day is "Together in Peace!" The Empire tolerates this holiday as a tradition, but generally does not participate in any formal celebrations.
So find me in game Kha'max and I will give you some fireworks ;D
