hello LoM members. i'm a RL friend of Max Liao/Callandryn and desire to join your ranks. guess to let you all know a bit about me:

MMORPG experience: Dark Sun Online, Ultima Online, AC1, AC2, about a week of DAoC, and just purchased EVE to give it a try as well.

I'm also interested in PVP as long as it stays political. I do not appreciate a RPK playstyle.

I read over your guidlines, and you should have any problems from me other than dissappearing once in a while when real life conflicts (like my upcoming PCS to Germany in 3 weeks--meaning i'll be offline for about 1 1/2 to 2 months)

I play Aja, and who is enjoying the sunny and sandy beaches in Mos Eisley. He's a Marksman, Scout, Artisan, and i've no real idea where i'm going with his development. Aja's the quiet brooding type with an considerable hatred for the foul Jawa... nasty little creatures. i haven't really had a chance to talk with anyone in game, so far i've kept to myself as i try to figure out the interface etc. but i think im ready to team up with others and hopefully not slow them down too much as i master the game mechanics.

i'll try to figure out how to make that signature block thing... i downloaded the PSD but since in not a photoshop wizard, i'm trying to figure out how to make it editable.

Welcome to the Legion of Myth, Aja. (Callandryn and Aja, huh? That brings back some memories ... all we need now is 'The All" and a talking tree. )

Even though you know me in real life, let me introduce myself as my character. I am known as General Callandryn dis'Vestrial, leader of the Legion of Myth. Our recruitment officer is no longer with Star Wars Galaxies, so I'll fill in for the time being here.

I'm glad you read through everything. Later on tonight I'll check the recruitment inbox for your application. If you have not filled one out, please do so. You can find it HERE. If you have filled it out, then I will get the reply letter to you as soon as I read your application.

We do have a 30-day recruit process in Legion of Myth - and currently you do not fall into one of the exemption categories. However, I will talk with the leadership here and determine how we wish to move ahead with your application and perhaps (no guarantees) we can expedite the process.

In the meantime, feel free to look any of us up in-game and get to know us here. As you can see, our rules are pretty simple and either promote respect for each other or promote a positive story/lore experience.

Thank you for telling us about your absence. Now that we know, it is absolutely no problem whatsoever. Just get to Germany safely and get back to us when you can.

As for your SBU, if you continue to have trouble let me know. I’ll gladly put one together for you – all you’ll have to do is find a picture that you like and a short quote.

If I remember correctly, you are used to larger guilds. You will find the opposite here as we are very small. This is partly due to design and partly due to the fact we got into Star Wars Galaxies very late. But I will never suffer the quality of the guild for mere numbers.

Lt Col Kodoss also plays from Germany so perhaps you two will have plenty of time to group and hunt together. Although I'm not going to say who it is, you also know Lt Allandhra in real life. I'll leave that up to you two to discuss should you desire.

Hello Aja
I am Colonel Kedryn Adler, and welcome to the forums.
seems when more guild get up and running they can setup war between each other, which will most likely take place on battlefield, so you won't have to were about just running around and PKing.
I am the only Crafter char around here so if you do go that way I can answer question in that field (at least what I know so far)
