Introduction:
For the month of August, Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has distinguished himself within the Legion of Myth though loyal support and a constant effort to improve the Legion of Myth within the Star Wars Galaxies MMO.
Job Performance:
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has gone out of his way to ensure that guild members have access to the best equipment available on the market at the most reasonable prices. By using the in-game e-mail system, Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss researches equipment vendors then provides waypoint to their location(s).
Self Improvement:
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has strengthened himself and the Legion of Myth through his acquisition of an AT-ST. The immediate combat boost this unit provides notwithstanding, simply owning such a unit provides credibility to the Star Wars Galaxies universe that the Legion of Myth is capable of supporting the Galactic Empire with more than just words.
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss’ skills in tactics and as a Rifleman have warranted him the position of Tactical commander within the Legion of Myth. He is currently the sole trusted source to lead combat missions within the Legion of Myth. After witnessing his skills in action on Endor, Lok and various other locales I personally vouch for Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss’ abilities as Tactical Commander.
Leadership Qualities:
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss shows very capable leadership abilities through teamwork. On many occasions he has dropped what he was doing to aid Legion of Myth members in battle. Whether it is a faction mission, a cash mission, or a training mission Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss is there to provide his knowledge and support without fail.
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has also taken on the role of mentor for our Recruit Darious, both teaching him and learning from him in a manner which will only strengthen the Legion of Myth as a whole. It takes true leadership to know when to lead and guide as well as when to listen and follow.
Other Accomplishments:
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss also takes the time and effort to ensure the ‘little things’ are in order as well. I have never received a private message from him that did not include my rank or sir. At all times (when appropriate) he strives to role-play in the spirit of the Legion of Myth and Star Wars Galaxies. His ability to seamlessly combine role-playing with game related chatter has done much to give us credit as a respected and respectable Lore based player association.
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has also earned my trust by being the Legion of Myth point man in our efforts to setup a player association hall. I have charged him with the responsibility of finding a suitable vendor, a suitable PA hall location, and handling the money that Legion of Myth members provide for the PA Hall. Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has taken the task willingly and with his usual outstanding effort.
Conclusion:
Lieutenant Colonel Kodoss has truly shown what it means to be a valuable member and leader within the Legion of Myth. He has set a very high standard for all other officers to meet. If we all, including myself, can meet (or better yet, surpass) such a standard, then the Legion of Myth with grow and be unstoppable!
