WAReport:
Now that the game is live let's keep all of the guilds’ happenings recorded. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not asking for a long detailed report of everything you and your subordinates do hour by hour, nor am I asking you to fill it out daily and in triplicate. Just give a brief rundown of the significant events/items you (and your command) has done for the week.
Reports run from Saturday to Friday and are due on Saturday. If you keep it updated as events occur it'll be much easier, but I leave that decision up to you.
(Example – here are my last two weeks)
Week of 13 - 20 June (due 21 June):
- Created the LoM charter, organization, ranking structure, rules
- Created Rough Draft of Lore – Rooks is editing it to fit in better with SWG Lore.
- Promoted Khamax to Senior Officer; OIC (Officer in Charge) of Recruitment.
- Created LoM-SWG forums on proboards
Week of 21 - 27 June (due 28 June):
- Finished the main LoM web page. It is located at www.maxliao.com/legion/home.htm
- Got the LoM-SWG forums setup with Star Wars related graphics
- Have the LoM-SWG web site drawn out on paper and started on computer.
- Adopted Nafzib’s Applicant Letter – tailored it for LoM-SWG
- Adopted Rooks Lore – fluffed up by me.
- Recruited Azurewyrm66
- Registered and posted on the SWG-RP (Starsider RP) boards.
- Promoted Kodoss to Senior Officer; OIC (Officer in Charge) of External Relations
- Paid for 3 months of no ads on LoM-SWG forums
Week of 28 June - 4 July (due 5 July):
- Finished the LoM - SWG web page. It is located at www.maxliao.com/legion/swg/home.htm
History:
The history report is an accurate and in-character accounting of special events ... (raids, contracts, wars, first master {class}, and anything else that our guild involves itself in) ... in story format. Perhaps assign one (or a few) JrO(s) or Full Member(s) to do this on a case by case basis so one person does not have to be burdened with writing every story for everything we do. Well, this part falls under the discression of the Loremaster, so I'll let Rooks set this up.
All of this is going to be fixed up by me then put on our web page to show our activities off.
