Ladies, Gentlemen, and other members of the Legion of Myth I have a problem. This is the first time I have bitched about this in regards to LoM-SWG, but things have gotten to a point where it is no longer acceptable.
Activity on the Message Board is at an all time low and issues aren’t being address in a timely manner. I expect this to change.

Look, I don’t expect people to sit on the boards 24/7 like me. Hey, when I’m stuck at work with absolutely nothing to do, what do you expect? hehe I also don’t expect members to have to check the board every single day. Yes, a big change for me from previous guilds when I did have this expectation. However, I do expect officers to check the boards in a timely manner and to at least give a token response to issues.
There are a couple of issues that have been posted and awaiting comment for over 48 hours now. Personally, I think officers should check the board at LEAST once a day. No, I won’t hold you to this, but from now on if I see an issue sit there for more than 48 hours with no (or little) replies/concern I will assume that no one cares and take action on my own.
If this results in me continually doing your job for you, then I will have to consider putting forth the proposition and ‘paperwork’ of removing you from the position. I said when I first put this guild together that I’d sooner be a one-man guild than suffer many of the issues that I had to deal with in the past. I mean it.
If you have real world obligations all you have to do is let me know. I always work with people who keep the leadership informed. Some of you have been good about that and I thank you. Others ... ummm ... not so good.
Even worse, I saw at least one of you on this message since the time an issue was posted and I see no reply; no ‘atta boy’, no, ‘that sucks’, no ‘looks good’ ... nothing. What’s up? Some posts are informational and don’t require a reply (though I always welcome them) other posts (especially when I say ‘suggestions are welcome’ or ‘what do you all think?’) do require a reply.
With six people we need activity ... even if it’s junk in the ‘Chatter’ section. Without activity we don’t look like we exist. If we don’t look like we exist, then people won’t look to join.
If you want, I can just make all the decisions on my own and do that *I* want. But I don’t like to work that way. I like you all to be involved and know that you have a part in shaping this guild.
I’m not asking for long drawn out posts all the time. I’m simply asking for your opinion on certain matters. If you have no opinion, let that be known, too.
It is paramount that we all work together to help this guild grow. I hope that the Legion of Myth can count on your support. Don’t do this for me ... do this for the guild.
