k. i think i'm more confused. heheh
as far as i know, there is only one storage anything that i can make, and i can make levels 1-6 of it when i get master droid engineer. 6 of course would allow for more storage space. as far as i know though... these storage modules are add on modules for a droid. just like the armor module, data modules, medical modules.
i'm not sure what other use you've found for them that would require mass production. from that link it looks like you plan on using them somehow with crafting stations? i know that i can make mobile crafting stations for the droids which are equal in quality to the ones in town, but i don't think regular crafting stations are compatable.
but i've already made one with crappy resources that is 59%, so with good resources i'm sure i can do better.
