On lots

Greetings everyone,

i have talked about this yesterday with Callandryn and
want to bring it out here.

Seeing that every player has 10 lots they can use for houses, harvesters etc and also seeing only Cal and me used all theirs up i want to ask the others members what they planned to do with their ones.

I have used up all mine for a small house and harvesters and i make a pretty good deal as a resource trader.
Well, having a business takes a little bit of effort on your side, for example running harvesters needs you to be on at a daily basis to empty the harvesters , pay maintenance and feed them with power , sell those resources , redeed them when there s a resource shift, look for another spot etc.

Just dont let the lots rot in your datapad, they re pure money.

If you want we can work something out , so that your lots dont go unused.

My idea was , that i rent your lots.
I ll buy the harvesters , look for the good spots, pay maintenance and power etc.
Ill pay the renter a weekly fee and also pay callandryn since he used his lots up for the pa hall, only fair.

This is how it works:

I ll buy the harvesters , give them to the person with the free lots , i ll look for a sweet spot and tell him to place them.
That person has to give me admin rights then and that s it.
I ll also pay the maintenance and power costs.
The only time i ll need the renter again is when i have to move the harvesters cause of resource shifts.

Just tell me how you like my idea .

All I want to do is buy a Large house on Naboo later on and have a small one on Dantooine next to the Hall. all the other slots if pets dont count you can have. ;D

i think its a great idea for those who don't plan to use them definitely.

if i don't end up using all of mine (already used 5) within the next week, i'll let you use some of mine until i need them for free.

This reminds me. I know people want houses on evry planet in the Galaxy ... and that's fine. But everyone with multiple houses should have at least one of them near the PA hall on Dantooine.
