The short answer to your first question is: The Legion of Myth itself is small.
The long answer should explain things though.
We the people of Legion of Myth have recently left an oversized Shadowbane guild called Order of the Blade (originally BladeCorp). The Order of the Blade was a role-playing influenced guild that boasted about 100 members. However, through time and lax recruitment standards, they inflated to nearly 900 members while losing all the Spirit of what the guild was supposed to be about.
Since Shadowbane has more than enough reasons in and of itself to warrant not playing the game, it was an easy decision to those of us with similar ideals to form our own Player Association. So, just under a month ago, that is what we did.
Our active membership is currently hovering around 10 people. No, that’s not a lot. Since the first game that LoM was looking forward to was World of Warcraft, they had (have) the time needed to build their part up slowly and deliberately. I, however, knew that I was going to be playing Star Wars Galaxies. I also knew that Legion of Myth was the standard I wished to play for. So, at the 11th hour and with the help of Rooks, Kodoss, and Kha’max we formed the SWG chapter of LoM.
On top of our ‘active’ folks, we have a good 30 more who are ‘sitting on the fence’ - either waiting to hear if SWG is worth playing or are waiting for their Shadowbane accounts to end. There are also some EverQuest and Asheron’s Call friends that have talked to me personally about coming over to LoM ... but it’s hard for them to let go of a game they have put 3+ years into.
If you are looking for a well established PA with a long history, LoM may not be what you are looking for. If you are looking for a serious PA that is still in the building phase - with a group of experienced players who know what they want in a guild - then we welcome you to begin the application process.
The short answer to your second question is: All over.
I am from Minnesota, but I live in Kuwait right now. Kodoss lives in Germany. Vhalyar lives in France. Azurewyrm lives on the East Coast. Rooks ... ummm ... I don’t know. hehe
I hope this help you make a decision. Whether you choose to start the application process with us or you decide to move on, I wish you well.

It pleases me to see that you are still interested in our outfit. I assure you that we have room for all occupations here and there are many positions left to once you complete the recruitment process. The first thing you do is visit our Hyper-Net node HERE (if you haven't already) and get to know us. The second thing you do is register on this message board. Then Lieutenant Kha'max will PM (private message) and/or e-mail you the Applicant Letter. Since I do not have the official application form up yet, we will evaluate you via our communication with on this message board and in-game. The rest is explained in the Application Letter. Thank you and I look forward to working with you. General Callandryn Humanis Commander, Legion of Myth (SWG)
